Sticky Lab supplies premium double-sided adhesive tapes for domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the chosen product is suitable for its intended application.

For best results we recommend testing the product before full installation, particularly where high-value surfaces or specialist materials are involved.

Sticky Lab accepts no liability for incorrect application, unsuitable surface preparation or misuse of products.

International Orders

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes applicable within their country.

These charges are not included within our product prices or delivery charges.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must normally be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
