At Sticky Lab, a trading name of Stickyxworld Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality double-sided adhesive tapes and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include any accessories supplied with the item

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Once your return has been approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your order

please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Special order items

  • Products that have been used or installed

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, the quickest option is to return the original item (once authorised) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
