Shipping & Delivery | Sticky Lab

At Sticky Lab, we're committed to dispatching your order quickly and securely, using trusted UK delivery services.

UK Delivery

  • FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders.

  • Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service.

  • Faster delivery options may be available during checkout, where applicable.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times are estimates and may vary during particularly busy periods.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually 2–3 working days.

  • Express Delivery (where selected): Usually 1–2 working days.

Order Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally where possible.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
